¿Como cocinamos el pollo?
Por regla general, el asado del pollo se va haciendo con la propia grasa y jugos del mismo que circulan por la carne durante la operación de asado. Es por esta razón, por la que se debe colocar expuesto al fuego de tal forma que pueda moverse o girar y que la circulación de estas grasas y jugos sea lo más eficiente posible.
Los asadores rotatorios de los que disponemos, emplean este concepto de forma muy eficaz.
Un plato poco sofisticado, pero muy sabroso y saludable a la vez, servido recién hecho en una bolsa de aluminio para mantener el calor hasta llegar a su casa y con la salsa envasada aparte.

@Markus I get your drift on where you were going there. I often think of my past and use it as a means to analyze where I am and where I want to get to. Where I struggel is balancing it all out. How do you guys balance things out?
