Si tienes muchas ganas de aprender, ¡este es tu curso! En él sois vosotros los que realizáis los diferentes panes, haciendo y viendo todo el proceso. Además, ¡os lleváis los panes que realizáis! Disfruta y aprende, elaborando tú mismo, los diferentes tipos de pan en nuestro taller.
Los talleres son muy prácticos y participativos por lo que se hace muy amenos, además en grupos reducidos de 14 personas máximo. Este curso tiene una duración de 1 día, se realiza en fines de semana o en festivos. Cursos y fechas personalizados para grupos a partir de 10 personas.
Siente la masa en tus manos y se capaz de realizar tus propios panes artesanos y naturales en casa de forma sencilla…. disfrutalos recién horneados.
Además de ser un placer, nos aporta nutrientes esenciales, que se pierden en la panadería convencional, repercutiendo en nuestra alimentación y salud.
Descubriremos cómo son los cereales empleados su elaboración: apreciar la diferencia entre las harinas blancas, integrales, o biológicas: su valor nutritivo, su textura, etc. Elaboraremos nuestra propia levadura madre, la más sana y sabrosa y diferentes tipos de pan para todos los gustos y ocasiones.
La comida, y los cursos gastronómicos, están a cargo de Juan Carlos Menéndez, jefe de cocina, que es colaborador de Juan Pozuelo en el programa de TV de Telemadrid “Qué Comemos Hoy”, además de colaborar con otros prestigiosos cocineros en Canal Cocina.
Otros cursos de interés: Repostería Casera, Las Setas de Primavera y su Cocina, Los Quesos Artesanos y Productos Lácteos para elaborar en casa, Jabones y cosmética Natural, etc.
