Restaurante Sala, ubicado en pleno corazón de la Sierra de Guadarrama, fue fundado en 1976 por D. José María Martínez Palacios. Ha pasado por tres establecimientos hasta ocupar la antigua ubicación de la cafetería Manila.
Un edificio con aires de Chalet grandioso y que ha pasado a ser nuestra ubicación definitiva desde octubre de 1994. Nuestro fundador, D. José María, cedió las riendas del negocio a sus dos hijos, D. Chema Martínez y D. Oscar Martínez. Ellos siguen la tradición de acudir diariamente a la pescadería Gran Sol del madrileño mercado de la cebada. Allí están los fieles D. Jesús y D. Pablo, que nos seleccionan las mejores gambas de Huelva.
Nuestro éxito está basado en la sencilla cocina de productos de primerísima calidad que nos ha convertido en templo para los amantes del buen comer.
La calidad de nuestros platos es insuperable. Las especialidades de esta casa son las Gambas de Huelva, nuestras exquisitas croquetas caseras, la Repostería Artesanal y la Pastelería Sala.
Una excelente gastronomía es una combinación de primerísima calidad de nuestro género y el buen hacer que lleva a cabo nuestros profesionales, altamente cualificados en cocina, repostería, barra y sala.
Contamos con una de las mejores bodegas de este país. En momentos puntuales, organizamos Catas de Vino, lo que nos permite catalogar en que momento está nuestra bodega.
