Danza: Antonio Márquez en Moralzarzal

Antonio Márquez es actualmente el máximo representante masculino de la danza clásica española, aunque su amplio registro y magisterio abarcan también tanto la sensualidad y desgarro del flamenco como la expresividad dramática de la composición contemporánea. Su compañía actuará en el Teatro Municipal el sábado, 29 de noviembre a las 20,00 horas. Precio: 15 euros.
Tras su brillante carrera como Primer Bailarín en el Ballet Nacional de España y colaboraciones como artista invitado tanto en Galas de Estrellas como en compañías de renombre internacional, decide crear su propia compañía, actualmente Compañía Antonio Márquez, del Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
Antonio Márquez ha coreografiado y participado en la inauguración del Teatro Real de Madrid, la película “La Traviata en París”, de Giuseppe Patroni Griffi, dirigido por Zubin Mehta, producciones de las obras “Carmen”, “La Traviata”, “El Barbero de Sevilla”,”Don Quixote”, etc., para el Monte Carlo Ópera, Ópera Nacional de París, Opera National de Hungary, Opera de Athens y más.
La obra es un homenaje a Antonio Ruiz (1921-1996), bailarín y coreógrafo, primerísima figura española, conocido mundialmente como “Antonio El Bailarín”.
