VIII Jornadas Gastronómicas de Guadarrama 2008

Es Noviembre y la naturaleza ya tiene el aspecto inconfundible del otoño, despojándose de sus vestidos externos. Por delante tendremos muchos días para disfrutar de nuestro atractivo paisaje montañero, y como no, de nuestra gastronomía.

Bicentenario del 2 de Mayo es el lema de la VIII edición de las Jornadas Gastronómicas, y con recetas de la época nos deleitarán los nueve restaurantes participantes: Asador Los Caños, La Calleja, La Chimenea, El LLagarón, Gasteiz, El Madrileño, Miravalle, El Molino y Sala que hacen realidad una iniciativa que cada año camina con paso más firme.

Del 14 al 23 de noviembre.
