Casa rural y de salud Los Castaños en Cercedilla
3 de Abril de 2008Casa rural construida en 1892 con una arquitectura típica de la construcción del ferrocarril y la típica de montaña, donde se combinaba la piedra y la madera, los ornamentos y la simbología con un sentido esotérico de la época.
Rehabilitada en el 2002 para los fines de “casa rural” y de salud, consta de 4 habitaciones con baño, 5 con lavabo (2 habitaciones triples, 5 dobles y 2 individuales, además de una sala grupal), que da opciones a modo de hotel y de casa rural o albergue.
Para estos fines tambien se han acondicionado un espacio para masajes y relajación, sala biblioteca y dos comedores con chimeneas, consultorio médico, sauna y yacuzzi (esto último en la última etapa de reconstrucción). Al aire libre están los dos porches protegidos, una terraza de verano y un solarium que completan, hasta ahora, la edificación apropiada para las prestaciones de restauración, tetería, masajes y trabajo de grupo.
En los alrededores, finca de casi dos hectáreas, se mantienen dos piscinas (adultos y niños), una cancha de tenis, manantial, espacios para animales domésticos, la casa de guardeses, garaje y dos porches.
Los árboles autóctonos que embellecen este espacio son centenarios, así los castaños, tilos, robles, olmos, abetos, saucos, … las encinas, hayas y coníferas entre otros; si contamos con la flora espontánea como la angélica, el diente de león, la fumaria, la melisa y otras que son producto de observación y de investigación, de un bosque botánico,
La sauna, el jacuzzi y los masajes; la comida natural y casera, los paseos por un entorno donde la naturaleza se muestra con la pureza del aire, la gama de los colores y agradables olores en todos los rincones del lugar, se ofrecen en este proyecto para aumentar nuestro nivel de percepción de la realidad, tanto en el encuentro con uno mismo como con lo sutil de aquello que nos rodea. Ademas se reunen profesionales que proporcionan un rigor a las terapias así como a talleres para profundizar en un mayor conocimiento del cuerpo, de la tierra y de las “energías”. Para ello contribuimos aportando espacio de meditación, de desintoxicación y limpieza tanto del cuerpo como de la mente.
Restaurante donde los productos integrales son elegidos por su cultivo ecológico y donde hay menú casero y/o vegetariano, para nutrir nuestro cuerpo y “espíritu”.
En los 17.000 metros de finca habitan animales domésticos, caballos, ovejas, gallinas… al igual que árboles centenarios como robles, encinas, tilos, saucos, acebos, hayas y como no castaños, que además dan nombre a las habitaciones con baño y a las mas sencillas que tienen lavabo, para conectarnos con otros seres vivos.
